Missing Thorn Red Non-Alcoholic NV

Missing Thorn is the work of Napa winemaker Aaron Pott — a Food & Wine Winemaker of the Year — with vintner Stephanie Honig; the name nods to pulling the alcohol, the 'thorn,' while keeping the wine whole. The Red is a Bordeaux-spirited blend off premium California fruit: cranberry and pomegranate, tobacco, cedar, and subtle vanilla, with blackberry, black cherry, and cassis underneath. Full-bodied, ripe tannins, mocha on the close. Made for strong cheese and charcuterie.
