Noughty is Amanda Thomson's pioneering line under Thomson & Scott — organic, vegan, B Corp, and low in sugar. The Sparkling Chardonnay is 100% organic Chardonnay from sandy, calcareous vineyards in southern Spain, vinified in steel, then dealcoholized by vacuum distillation with the aromas returned. Pale gold, fresh apple and pear, a flicker of caramel and toast, balanced by a clean line of acidity. Fine bubbles, dry enough to pour with the meal.
