Kolonne Null's red comes from Bordeaux — a Merlot and Cabernet cuvée, partly aged in barrique, before founder Philipp Rößle's Berlin team draws off the alcohol at low temperature. Deep, dark, and full: red fruit and spice, cherry and cassis, with subtle cedar from the oak. A non-alcoholic red with real body — pour it with red meat or risotto.
