Kolonne Null works out of Berlin, where founder Philipp Rößle co-produces with award-winning European family wineries and runs his own wine lab. The Riesling is German fruit, the alcohol drawn off by gentle vacuum distillation with the aromas captured and returned. Minerally and lively, fruity-light with a noble herbal edge and that signature Riesling acidity. The driest impression in the range, and an all-rounder at the table.
