Oddbird's red is a Saint-Chinian GSM from the South of France — Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan, made the old way by Moa Gürbüzer's Swedish house before the alcohol is liberated. Red and black fruit, a sharp tannic entrance, dried herbs and spice, finishing dry and earthy. One of the rare non-alcoholic reds with real grip.
