Susurrus is the project of Napa wine veteran Ellison Wofford — single-origin organic teas, sparkling, built to live at the table beside fine wine. The Osmanthus Golden Tip starts with hand-harvested old-tree black tea from Yunnan, grown at 2,000 meters and scented with osmanthus blooms. Honied apricot and toasty peach, nutmeg warmth, a whisper of crushed acorn, a long velvety finish. It drinks like the first cool breath of autumn.
